The Steering Committee will seek advice from the Technical Advisory Board three (3) times during the project, and continue the informal consultations in the running of the project, that have taken place already during the preparation phase of the N4C application. Avri Doria will chair the Technical Advisory Board and, will also attend the Steering Committee as an ex officio member. TAB is part of the quality assurance work. The technical advisory board will include following members:

Ms Jaqueline A. Morris, Chair of ICANN ALAC, Trinidad and Tobago
Although not selected on that ground the TAB members will also be excellent ambassadors for N4C and eInclusion issues.
